Did you know there are more than 1400 species of bats?! Eight of those species call Wisconsin home. Join Rebecca Gilman, DNR Bat Ambassador and Wisconsin Master Naturalist, to learn about the fascinating bats that live in our neighborhoods and how they benefit people and the planet. Through games and crafts, we’ll explore the amazing ways bats communicate and search for food – and we’ll leave with a list of simple actions we can take to be a good neighbor to bats.
